I just placed an order with Smushy Slime, when will my slime be shipped?

  • All orders require 1-6 business days of processing time for packaging (not including weekends and holidays) before they are shipped. Please note: this does not include weekends and major holidays. Delays in transit may occur due to postal operation errors, weather conditions, and holidays.

  • 1 to 6 full business days processing time + your selected shipping method transit time = Estimated delivery time.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

  • Shipping costs depend on how much you order, where you live, and which shipping method you choose. You will see the shipping costs before you finalize your purchase.

My slime was marked as delivered, but is not here. What should I do?

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, the carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check your mailbox, porch, garage, and neighbors. 

  • In some cases, packages may show as ‘delivered’ but could take up to additional 72 hours. If it has been over 72 hours from the ‘delivered’ status, file a claim with USPS directly. Smushy Slime does not grant refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered”. Link to file a claim through USPS: click here (the customer needs to file a claim for the lost order.)

  • To minimize wait time, customers can now directly email their local USPS for a follow up: click here (the customer needs to enter the tracking number)

I paid for expedited delivery. Does that mean my slime will bypass the processing time?

  • No, all orders require 4-6 business days of processing time for packaging (not including weekends and holidays) before they are shipped regardless of the shipping method you chose.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Smushy Slime currently does not ship internationally.

My package was returned back to the sender. What happens now?

  • Invalid addresses are the most common reason packages are returned back to our warehouse. If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, contact help@smushyslime.com and we will issue a store credit for the order total. Please be advised that we do not re-ship any returned packages for sanitary reasons.

How do I change my address after it’s been shipped out?

  • Smushy Slime is not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible to input the correct address and review it to ensure it is accurate.
